I'll have to admit that this is one awesome song. It's what happens all the time, I'm sure almost everyone has had a breakup. I'm sure most of us know how it feels like when the joy to being with your loved one isn't there anymore. It's just like mentioned in the previous comment. It's reality.
This song is basically about someone who doesn't love the other one the same way as before.

This song has two points of view. One is the stalkers point of view and Amy's point of view. Some people say it's about a stalker she once had. Anyways, the chorus is from the stalker's point of view and the rest is her own. Hey wait. It says "all your hands on me".
I guess the media was probably stalking Amy, and she's singing about her experience. I don't know. This is all I can think of.
