He used to intrigue her in every way possible. He lit up her life. And even though he's gone, she's holding on to everything she has left. I think she's saying that she's always there for him. She's there when he's upset. She's there when he's frightened. She's been there for years, and even though he's gone, he still has all of her. She'll always be there for him in every way. He still has her heart.

This guy is feeling guilty for treating her bad, but mostly he's just upset that he lost her. "lose your own game". He just wants her there as a back up "booty call" and she's not falling for it. Therefore, she beat his game. So he's "too late".
