Violet roses are very rare so most are being cross-bred to produce a violet rose. Violet rose also means royalty, enchantment and love. Therefore in this instance, i feel that it is talking about the butterfly is dreaming big and wishes to come across a violet rose so rare and enchanted. Basically, i think it is telling us to dream big an reach for the sky coz everything is possible and to have hope. :)
