This song is obviously about a crime on a woman by a jealous lover. She is beaten, stabbed and then killed by bullets. She is lying on a the floor bleeding and her wounds are bad, really bad. So it's bad blood she says to the jealous lover before becoming a ghost and haunting her aggressor forever.
