Anna is the girl singing in this line. (the little sister of elsa who has ice powers) Since All the castle gates are closed and Elsa locked herself in her room AND her parents have tragically died (rumor has it they were going to rupunzels wedding when the ship crashed) Anna hasn't seen people laughing and talking and dancing for years wich is why she thinks its strings cause she's not used to it.
