I think the meaning of this song is pretty obvious. This is about a girl whose boyfriend's cheated on her multiple times, but she always came back. Her boyfriend keeps telling her lies and keeps making up excuses in order for her to stay. But now "she's done listening", she won't take his lies and excuses anymore.

This song is about a father leaving his family and the son is left alone with his mother and possible other siblings. The son is heartbroken but also angry. He calls his father a fool for leaving, because he claims they had everything. He is questioning everything trying to find a possible reason it went wrong. He begs his father to come home again because he seems to be stuck. The song means a lot to me because I have a lot of problems with my parents. Fortunately, both of them are still in my life and I still see them.

There are a lot of ways to interpret this song but I'm gonna talk about 3 of them.
The first way is how I interpret it.
This song is very special to me, because I go through a lot of shit in my life and to me the song is written for people like me. It reminds me every time that no matter what happens, their music will always be there and I always can rely on them when I feel like giving up.
The second way is the song itself.
It's about Kellin falling in love with a suicidal girls and he wants to save her. This is Obvious.
The last way is in a religious way.
I am not religious, but a lot of people see it in this way. It's about God and how He is always there for everyone. You can always trust and count on Him. He's never going to let you down.
This song is personal. There is no correct meaning and I think that was on purpose.
Maybe the writer is trying to tell us that music comes from the heart. It's art. It's supposed to make you feel something. You need to take time and find your own personal meaning. It's briljant!

People often say being in love should feel like there's a fire burning inside of you. The singer is saying that the fire got too big and it burned him. His love for the other person got so big he would do anything for her. He is telling everyone to not fall in love too hard because it will change you and you can never go back to who you were before. It basically means: If you're deeply in love don't change yourself because if the relationship is over you will be who you were in the relationship and it hurts. Love can be a terrible thing.
