A guy broke up with the girl. The girl can't accept what the guy did bcoz she know deep inside that she has done everything what the guy wanted. And now she's suffering coz of the hurt. She wishes that the guy would love her as much as she loves him. And she tells the guy if he won't be like that then it's better that he would ignore and forget her than make her fall in love with him again. Char!

Well. From the first time I've heard this song in the movie enchanted, it really made my heart melt. I guess this song just expresses a feeling of so much love, but it's forbidden. Just like the situation of robert and giselle. Robert got nancy and giselle have the prince. Though they have thier own "partners", still they feel something for each other. When they danced at the ball. This song was really telling their story.
