I really love this song. It's so simple, but it says it all. You may not believe me but actually this song was made for a girl that he had barely met. He sang it for her and she was really creeped out, cause she didn't even really know his name. He had been secretly crushing on her for a very long time. Love the plain white T's! By the way twilight sucks and harry potter are the most amazing books you will read in your life!

This song is really sad. I like it tons though! The band is awesome! But that's not why I'm posting this.
Guy loves girl, the girl cheats on him and it makes him sick. He sees it and can't believe any of it! He couldn't even comprehend she could do something like this. He doesn't want to see anymore, he wants to go. He's insanely jealous and I don't think this girl is good for him at all! Look at the music video and it will explain a bunch.

First of all I love this song! This guy has an ex who is his friend I think, (this is just what I think please rate me up!) he know she has trouble and wants to make her happy because he can't stand her to be upset! He probably thinks she might as well be happy with another guy instead of sad with not me! He loves her so much, she's always welcome. Love maroon five!

It's a very complicated song. They were in a relationship in their first year of collage so they were young, right? Yeah.
I think that he might have done something wrong or not have noticed if she was depressed. I think he broke up with her. Thinking he knew he was right. Then she killed herself. He thinks it's his fault. It's a beautiful song showing how people when they are young make bad choices, and so do older people. That's my guess.
