We all have our break downs, but we need to find something that keeps us going - a reason to believe to get up, cause as the time goes we get over everything. It's not always perfect and happy, but there either good times and bad times, but to get from the bad times to the good ones, we need something to hold on, we can't lose faith. That is what keeps us going.
