Cirno is an energetic character in the Touhou Project. In the original video, she actually drank an energy drink for the "with energy" part of the song.
The number 9 is associated with Cirno thanks to the manual of Phantasmagoria of Flower View, because she was labeled as "9. Idiot" in a diagram of how the boss fights/general gameplay work.

Cirno's supposed "students" call her an idiot (Japanese: baka) as she is actually not that smart in the Touhou Project games, even though she's the "teacher".

Iris has an "unbeatable love" somewhere deep within a chest. (In this case, it's safe to assume that she means a typical chest for storing things.) However, Iris cannot find her love. She knows she will defy the odds and overcome her loneliness one day when she finds her true love.

Iris wants to be disciplined by Zero in some way, but she still wants him to care for her in some way. Even if Zero is still forgiving, she wants him to find a way of "bandaging" her "wounds" (or making her feel better about things).

Even though her love (Zero) is innocent, he is causing conflict. He is also blaming others based on what he has heard (but has not been proven) and he has begun making excuses to leave people.
