The daughter of the mom is trying to explain that she felt so worthless and unwanted by everyone she didn't want to feel like that anymore, the girl is also telling her mom that basically everyone was making her out to be the worst thing in the world. "It's okay though you'll see me soon." this means that her mom will eventually join her in death so they can see each other again. And I know in a year, you'll forget I'm gone.
